An Effingham parish councillor has claimed that if a planning appeal for major developments in Effingham is allowed it will have a devastating effect on the community and Neighbourhood Plan.
The claim from Cllr Paula Moss comes in the wake of a public enquiry, into a planning proposal to build 295 new homes and a 2,000-pupil redeveloped school, came to a close last Friday (Jun 2 2017).
