The results from the Referendum of the Neighbourhood Plan for Effingham have been announced as:
- Yes– 843
- No – 59
With a 44% turnout. This means that Guildford Borough Council will now use the Neighbourhood Plan in deciding planning applications in the Neighbourhood area. Full details of the results are available here
