Guildford Borough Council has announced that Effingham Neighbourhood Plan will be out for consultation under regulation 16 for six weeks from 20 Mar 2017 at 00:00 to 30 Apr 2017 at 23:59.
During the consultation, residents can submit their views on whether or not the Neighbourhood Plan meets the Basic Conditions, click here for further details. After the consultation, the Neighbourhood Plan along with the comments received will be submitted to an independent Examiner, click here for further details. The Examiner will decide whether or not the Neighbourhood Plan is fit to be submitted to a referendum, and will make any recommendations for changes to the Plan.
