EFFRA’s AGM will be held on Monday 24th February at 7:30pm in St Lawrence Church Hall.
The Spring 2025 edition of the EFFRA Newsletter containing the Chairman’s Report for 2024 is currently being delivered to residents.
Following the AGM, there will be an illustrated talk by Ben McCallan on the challenges and concerns facing Surrey communities on the state of healthcare and protecting our natural environments, and the action local communities like ours can take to help tackle them. Ben is a founder of the award-winning charity Zero Carbon Guildford and is Surrey County Council’s Senior Climate Officer and Greener Futures Engagement Lead. He will talk about some of the active and practical projects in Surrey which are already making progress against these challenges, and which any community can copy.
