Lower Road will be closed overnight (8pm to 6am) from the Junction of Effingham Place to entrance to Garden Centre, on Tuesday 12 November to Thursday 14 November. This is to allow Surrey County Council to carry out carriageway patching including any civils work and iron works where necessary.
