Lower Road will be closed between Childs Hall Road to the Effingham boundary (Vines Garden Centre) from Tuesday 14 October to Thursday 16 October, and then overnight between 8pm to 6am until Thursday 30 October, excluding weekends. This is to allow Surrey County Council to carry out upgrades to the road and pavement, including resurfacing of the road. Residents will still be able to access their properties during the closures. Bad weather may delay the roadworks.
