Aspire LPP, a private company that sources, designs, and develops bespoke care and residential properties nationwide, has informed EFFRA and the Parish Council it is considering submitting a planning application for a new care home for the elderly on Lyons Field on Effingham Common Road. Representatives will give a presentation about this at 8.00 pm in the KGV Village Room before the Parish Council Meeting on Tuesday 30th June. All residents are welcome.
