EFFRA has been informed by Berkeley Homes that it is providing a formal online update of its proposals for Effingham Lodge Farm in Lower Road, following the July consultation.
Newsletters are to be delivered to residents who will be given until 23rd September to provide any further feedback.
The EFFRA Committee considers the time allowed much too short. It also does not consider the questions asked meet the necessary standards regarding fairness, lack of bias and transparency. We have communicated this to Berkeley Homes.
