Following a serious accident on Lower Road this morning, the road remains closed whilst Police investigate the scene. Lower Road is closed between Church Street and Manor House Lane.
Howard of Effingham School has advised parents not to pickup their children in the immediate vicinity of the School, as the road remains closed. However, School buses will pickup children as normal.
