First class waffle. Building companies are well versed in bending planning rules to suit their own profit needs. So are they going to be allowed to proceed with building these new estates? If so what infrastructure are they going to put in place or are we all expected to suffer from an over use of local services. I fear it will be an awful outcome for everyone except the builders.
