SES Water are continuing the upgrade to the water mains. Beech Avenue will be closed during the Easter school holidays, and the Summer school holidays, but will open for the Ride London event on Sunday 29 July. Dates the road will be closed are:
- Monday 26 March to Sunday 15 April
- Monday 9 July to Friday 21 August
