EFFRA’s AGM will be held on Monday 16th February at 7:30pm in St Lawrence Church Hall.
Following the AGM, there will be an illustrated talk by Merel Rehorst-Smith, Guildford Borough Councillor for Effingham on “Redrawing the map – local government reorganisation”. Merel is a member of the Executive at Guildford Borough Council and Lead Councillor for Regulatory Services and is in a prime position to explain what the local government reorganisation will mean for Effingham.

The signed Annual Accounts and Treasurer’s Report will be available before the AGM.
The Spring 2026 edition of the EFFRA Newsletter containing the Chairman’s Report for 2025 will be delivered to residents in late January/early February.
Nominations for the posts of Treasurer, Secretary and committee members can be sent in writing together with the name of the proposer and seconder to: secretary@effinghamresidents.org.uk by 6th February.
