A public presentation will be given at the Effingham Parish Council meeting on Tuesday 27th January on behalf of the Aster Group which is proposing a development in Orestan Lane (see previous post of 4 December). It is understood that a planning application for the proposed development has been submitted to Guildford Borough Council but not yet validated.
The presentation will take place at 7.30pm before the start of the Parish Council meeting. All residents are welcome to attend. You can read the Parish Council Agenda here.
