The results of the May 2023 Elections for Guildford Borough Councillor for the Effingham Ward have been announced, with:
Merel Astrid Rehorst-Smith (Lib Dem) – 521 votes
Lulu Boder (CON) – 240 votes
Shek Shahanoor Rahman (LAB) – 43 votes
The seat was previously held by Liz Hogger (Lib Dem), who retired as Borough Councillor, but remains as an Effingham Parish Councillor.
